I booked a room and got allocated a top floor. The room included beds that were very comfortable. Staff were attentive.
Plumbing in the bedroom seemed old. The flush from the toilet was very noisy. I am unsure if the air conditioning was centrally controlled.

Our suite had enough space for clothing. A seating area is present and can be closed off. This seating area had a second television for additional viewing. The beds were comfortable.

the location was good for going to the beach, its near the marina.
The noise was really bad, especially with the kids playing during the day and music at the play bar. it made the expensive frontal rooms the noisiest. I was really disappointed.

the hotel staff acted very friendly and professional. i appreciated the variety of food available each morning during breakfast. the hotel ensured cleanliness and maintenance throughout the premises, a detail i found very pleasant.
the cans of beers at the pool bar were quite expensive.

i had booked a premium room and received a top floor location with fantastic marina and sea views. the room was more than adequate. maybe the flooring showed a bit of age, but that is minor. i found the bathroom nicely decorated with an overhead shower. the beds were very comfortable, and our child loved the large sofa bed!
the air conditioning panel was impossible to adjust! i am unsure if the panel was broken when we arrived or not. we were hot and uncomfortable at night so did not sleep well during the holiday.

the hotel provides easy access to nearby bars, restaurants, and attractions with only a short walk. the beach is also within a short walking distance, so that guests can quickly access the sea. i found the location very convenient.

all the staff were very attentive, polite, and helpful . the lifeguards ensured that sunbeds were managed effectively. we always managed to get one with their help. i really appreciated their assistance! though the hotel was very busy.
